Returns and complaints

RETURNS POLICY

No return policy applies for customized (made to meet individual needs) products. 

The customer is entitled to return purchased “ready” products (beloved models, accessories) within 14 days of receiving the purchase. The shipping cost incurred for returning an item is NOT covered or reimbursed.

The 14-day period is counted from the day the item is received. To meet the deadline,  it is enough to send a statement before its expiry. Just download, complete and return the RETURNS FORM.

How to make a return?

The product, without signs of use,  with receipt and copy of the RETURNS FORM should be sent back to the following address:

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt. 


How will I get my money back?

The refund will be made upon receipt of the item back using the same payment method that the Customer used.
