I can't add designed flip flops to the basket. How can I place an order?
First of all, this should not happen, but if it does, then clear your history of browsed pages, close the page and re-open the browser and/or try using another one. If these suggestions have no effect, the order should be placed via email: firstname.lastname@example.org In the message, please describe your order details: - attach a screen of the designed flip flops (if possible) - provide your size, sole color and strap color - provide charms (short description on which flip flop, especially if the screen is impossible to attach) - provide selected ribbons - provide name, surname, delivery address and telephone number. In response you will receive a quote for the created Locco flip flops and a photo from the configurator, as well as details for making a bank transfer. Your order will be shipped once we receive payment. We can do it! :)
Do I need to register in order to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account /register to shop at Locco. All you have to do, at checkout, is choose "GUEST CHECKOUT".
How is a promo/discount code activated?
When finalizing your order, enter discount code in the "promo code" field and press "activate". At this time the price should update to reflect the discount.
Is it possible to order "out of stock" products?
In some cases it is possible, but make sure to find out what will be the earliest possible delivery date and if it works for you.
Will I receive an order confirmation e-mail after making a purchase?
Yes, after a correctly placed order, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder on your mail server. In case of no message, please contact us. We will resend the message if the order was placed correctly.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can choose a convenient method of payment for your purchases. With PayU you can choose from: - fast internet transfer (only in PLN) - payment by traditional bank transfer (only in PLN) - card payment (PLN and other currencies such as EUR, GBP) - additionally there will be a PayPal option.
May I make the payment upon receiving my order?
No, at this time this is not an available option..
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes. At checkout you need to select the invoice option and provide the required information. If invoice option is not selected you will be issued a receipt. Once a receipt is issued, it can not be replaced with an invoice.
How do I use my Gift Voucher?
Gift vouchers, regardless of the amount, are valid 6 months from the date of purchase. In order to use the voucher, at the checkout, use the assigned code in the "promotional code" field and press the "activate code" button. Then the value of the voucher should be subtracted from the value of the order.
Is the Gift Voucher reusable?
The voucher is for single use only. If the purchase amount is exceeded, you will have to pay the difference. If the full purchase amount is not used, the difference will be forfeited.
What is the voucher redemption date?
The voucher needs to be used within 6 months of its purchase date, 6 months past the date the voucher becmoes invalid.

How soon can I expect to get my order?
We start completing your order after receiving payment. Shipping and delivery is 2-5 business days (within Poland). International (EU) deliveries take a few days longer. More information can be found in the SHIPPING & DELIVERY section.
If I buy multiple products. Will they be send in one package?
We try to send everything in one package. If a product is missing, we will ship the order after completing it. However, we will be in contact to inform you about the shortcomings, then we will determine how to proceed. The shipping cost for 3 pairs of flip flops is a one time fee.
How can I track my order?
Refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us (email@example.com) so we can help you.
How can I update my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order please contact our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org). Since we try to process our orders as fast as possible to get it to you in the shortest time, contact us asap after your order is placed and we will do our best to help you out! It is only possible to make updates if we have not started processing your order.

Does Locco ship internationally?
Of course we do! We offer free EU shipping on all orders over 150€. Note that orders from outside European Union may suffer additional duty charges according to local custom regulation, while all European Union orders are free of additional duty charges.
What is the return policy?
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return "ready" goods, but please keep in mind that all personalized products are non-returnable so please place orders wisely and follow our size guide. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, with the original labels and inside the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Please contact our customer service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any further questions. The return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility.

When will I receive the refund?
Locco will check the quality of the returned product and will issue the refund only if it meets the return policy conditions. Returns are accepted only on purchases of "ready" products not customized per the buyers design. You’ll receive the refund on the same payment method used for the original purchase within 14 days after the parcel reaches our office. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
How can I choose an appriopriate size?
Use our SIZE GUIDE, which is available in the footer and in the configurator when selecting the size! We always provide the actual dimensions of the soles. Measure your foot diagonally from the center of the heel to the big toe with a tape measure. To this dimension, add about 1-1.5 cm and see which size will fall out. Most people hit their usual size, but we suggest you measure them to be absolutely sure.
Are the colors of products and elements the same in reality as in photos?
We make every effort to present the color of the offered items as realistically as possible. Unfortunately, the reality is not perfect and depending on the type of display / monitor, its settings or graphic card settings, the colors (shades) visible on the screen may slightly differ from the actual color of the product seen in sunlight.
Can I go in the water in my Locco flip flops?
If the flip flops do not have charms, then yes. If they have them, we do not recommend contact with water as they may lose their gloss and / or change color. Also, if anything, remember to remove the sashes before entering water.
How do I take care of locco charms and flip flops?
Due to the material from which charms are made, it is necessary to pay special attention to the way they are handled. You should wipe them gently with a damp cloth and avoid exposing them to mechanical or chemical damage. Soles should be wiped with a damp cloth with some detergent, and sashes are best hand washed. Do not expose flip flops to excessive sunlight, as this may lead to discoloration.
Are sashes available with any color clasps?
No. Each sashes have a clasp color assigned in advance. For convenience, in the online store, you can filter the sashes by the color of the fitting, and in the configurator, the color of the fitting is visible in the side photo and is also mentioned in the name of the sashes.
Is it possible to only buy sashes/ribbons or charms?
Yes, it is possible. Thanks to additional sashes, we can easily obtain a completely new look of our flip-flops.
