How to tie?

One pair of fabric ribbons gives you several tying options! Check them out, try them out and tie away!

Style 1

  1. Flip ribbons in front of you (1,2,3 times depending on the length of the chosen straps)
  2. Pull to reach comfortable fit
  3. Tie a bow
  4. If ribbons are long, you can make 2 bows (one on the other)
  5. Manipulate the look: length of bow by pulling the remaining strap pieces and/or bow loops themselves

Style 2

  1. Cross ribbons in the back of your leg
  2. Bring to front and cross to bring to the back again
  3. Pull the inner strap gently to the outer side of your calf
  4. Tie a bow or make a small knot (depending on the length of your ribbons) on the outer side of your calf.

Style 3

  1. Cross ribbons in front of your foot
  2. Pull to the back and tie a bow or make a small knot above your heel (depending on the length of your ribbons)

Style 4

  1. Cross ribbons in the back of your leg
  2. Bring the strap that you are holding from the inside to the outer side of your calf
  3. Tie a bow or make a small knot (depending on the length of your ribbons) on the outer side of your calf

Style 5

  1. Cross ribbons in front of your foot
  2. Pull to the back and cross again
  3. Bring ribbons back to the front of your leg
  4. Tie a bow or make a small knot in front of your calf (depending on the length of your ribbon sashes)

Style 6

  1. Flip ribbons in front of you and make a loose knot
  2. Pull ribbons to the back of your calf and tie a bow or knot (depending on the length of your ribbon sashes)

Style 7

  1. Flip ribbonsin front of you
  2. Attempt to make a knot, but leave a loose loop
  3. Pull ribbons to the back of your calf and tie a bow or knot (depending on the length of your ribbon sashes)

Style 8

1. Cross sashes in the back of your leg
2. Pull to front and cross to bring to the back again as many times as needed
3. Tie a bow in the back

Style 9

  1. Cross sashes in front of your foot
  2. Bring to the back and cross to pull to the front again as many times as needed
  3. Tie a bow in the back

Style 10

  1. Flip ribbons in front of you
  2. Pull to reach comfortable fit
  3. Pull to the back and cross  to bring to the front again
  4. Tie a bow or knot on the side of your calf or in the back (depending on the length of your ribbon sashes)

Style 11

  1. Flip ribbons in front of you
  2. Attempt to make a knot, but leave a loose loop
  3. Make a second and third loop (if desired)
  4. Pull ribbons to the back of your calf and tie a bow or knot (depending on the length of your ribbon sashes)

Style 12

1. Cover the straps with ribbons evenly and pull them gently to the front of the flip flop.
2. Flip one ribbon from top between the toe piece and opposite strap pulling it out in the middle.
3. Flip the other strap  from top between the toe piece and opposite strap pulling it out from the other side of the toe piece.
4. Tie a knot from top using both ribbons.
5. Make a bow.
6. If the ribbons are too long you may make a double knot, flip ribbons again or wrap the ribbons from the back of strap to front to make a nice ribbon at the end.
